I see occasionally an occupied 200/200 server with a password locking it that is hosting a line battle. How do I go about joining these line battles? One said it was a public server, so do you just need the teamspeak IP to join or is there another special way? Thank you
The linebattle server you would have seen would have been mine which was being used to hsot this event: http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,222771.0.html. To Join you simply need to be on the official Flying Squirrel Interactive Teamspeak (ts.22nd.eu) and be in the channel by 6.40 BST on Monday's. Its a very simple process of joining in and having fun! Good luck!
Also: If you want to take part in more linebattles then you'll need a regiment to go along with and I'm sure a good regiment commander or officer can take you through the process of joining a linebattle with them. I could list a very large number of regiments but It'd be best if you did some research and chose your own should you want to join. Board: http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/board,283.0.html
It could very well have been the NEC Public server as well. We use it on Tuesdays and Fridays for our line battles and it has consistently filled to 200/200 in our last few battles.
The answer to your question is yes, many people are in a regiment and those regiments take part in line battles.
