I know they're trying to avoid multiple lawsuits, but do they really expect people to believe that? The things taken from games like Diablo and Thief: Deadly Shadows are perhaps less obvious because those are older games now (especially Diablo), but Oblivion is brand new, sold tremendously well, and is held by many as the Bestest Gaem Evar. Have these devs honestly never played it or watched their children play it? You wouldn't have to play for long to see one of the copied areas because they are part of the plot (if I recall correctly).

The Skingrad castle hall is the most obvious as an actual copy of a scene, but the others are obvious for at least copying the style of the Oblivion interiors, and since the Skingrad interior is a direct copy, you'd take a second look at those other Oblivion-like interiors.

Here's a review by someone who wasn't aware of the stolen textures part.
From how he's put it, it would seem the game part wasn't too bad.. Or were the puzzles stolen as well?

In the visual department LotL follows its mixed bag recipe to the letter, at least when it comes to the backgrounds. Therefore, your eyes will feast on very beautiful scenery in chapter 3 as well as graphics resembling amateur adventure games in chapter 4.

Found in one of the reply's on the site:

On June 11, 2008 GamePlasma, a gaming news site, posted an article that shows certain places in Limbo of the Lost were identical to the game The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

After the revelation, others looking into the game discovered environments and features that appeared to be taken from the games The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, Unreal Tournament 2004, Unreal Tournament 2003, Diablo II, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, Thief: The Dark Project, Thief: Deadly Shadows, Crysis, Silent Hill 4: The Room, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Painkiller, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth, and World of Warcraft.

Two scenes in particular even appear to be taken from live action films, one from the 1997 film Spawn, and another from Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl
