We currently have companions that are around lvl 10 up to around lvl 20. Can we get three groups of the sorted by around age
age 18-20 are level 1-5 For people who want to play long games and build them up like warband
age 21-30 are level 6-12 for people who play a bit longer but want them semi ready to go
age 30+ are level 13+ for people who get right into the action and want them already leveled
all 3 groups would spawn a certain amount at the beginning so whatever play style can have companions they want. I read in a forum or post somewhere the developers want us to take our time and explore the game, then give us companions that can grow with us.
It goes the same for our little brother and sister and children, right now I have seen 2 versions of them, one at level 1 and one at level 18 already skilled out. some people might want them ready to go and like me I want to build them up, give us the chance to have our game play to suit our style. Don't lock us into one style since not everyone plays that style.
I don't think it would be tough to slightly change companions and levels to suit every ones play style(also please lets get rid of awful Red hard caps, when you get spice vendor with 100 skill and only 10 focus into it, that is crazy, if a skill is red hard capped, then it should be where a hard cap maxes, example if someone has 100 red hard capped, their focus should be around 60 or 70, only mentioning since it ties in with companions and their starting skills.
