Letter to imprisoned

Hey I can't figure out how to do this one quest. Its one from one of the ladies and you have to deliver a letter to a lord that's in the prison of a city and I can't figure out how to get him the letter. I'm in the city but I can't find a prison or anything.

Please help.

anyway im guessing you need to go to the dungeon in the town wherever the lord is imprisoned!

btw are you playing a mod?

The entrance to the prison is reached via moving around in town. It's usually by the gate to the keep where the lords are, except there's usually a guard standing by the door waiting for your bribe.
