Lets Play Help

Ive decided to spend some of my spare time (which I have a lot of) doing something new. Ive decided to try doing some Lets Play videos for Youtube for various games. The only problem is, I have do ****ing clue what the hell Im doing. Ive got FRAPs to record, and thats about it. Will I need a different program to record (like Xfire)? How will I be able to upload 20 minute long videos to Youtube without them taking a year, what method? How to do voice overs?

The only reason Im asking you lovely forumites and not looking up the info myself if becasue I know at least some of you are experienced in the field, and I trust you guys.. to a degree.

So... ideas?
