Lets make books more interesting

Ok, the idea is this:

When we purchase a book, we start reading... but nothing happens besides reaching 100% of reading and getting some bonus.
Since this IS also a RPG game, I propose that, for instance - let's say the book of Alyxenus (or whatever the dude is called), when we reach every quarter of reading (25%, 50%, ...) we would get a screen with an excerpt of the book.

If it would be a book that would boost your leadership, it could say something like:

example:
"And on a splendid day, Alyxenus found XXXXX (name of forum member) and he shared a new idea on chivalry and the code of war: 'YYYYYYYYYYYYYY'(here, we could have some more or less advanced strategy for players - a strategy proposed by XXXX, our forummember ), and there was much rejoicing (or something)"

and eveything would go on the same, but the player would get a little more RPG, some strategic opinions of our top players would go IN game, it's not a hard thing to do, and everybody would be happy.

So my proposal is that we start making a list of different tactics on different subjects (connected to the book titles and bonuses), and propose this to Armagan and the Devs.

What do you think?

Even if it's not implemented, I think it's a great idea for some mod. It would make the Calradia (or mod's) world much deeper.

Have fun.

I'd like to see more books about ability to make battle formations where you could directly control all your skirmishers, archers, infantry, heavy infantry, ground gun units, horsed gun units, light cavalry, and heavy cavalry independently into seperate formations so you can position them on the map at the start of any battles for any advantage with terrain SINCE the devs didn't even smoothed the stupid steep hills !

But since we have STILL those stupid steep hills up,  I propose there are solutions to use those stupid hills for tactical uses.

For example:

Archers on your left mid center on top of a hillside
Skirmishers on your right mid center on top of a hillside
Heavy infantry right behind them mid center
Light infantry right behind your heavy infantry

Light cavalry on both flanks
Heavy cavalry right between your infantry and  light cavalry at the ready to close in the gap vs enemy cavalry charging from the flanks

Thoughts please!

So, I'm guessing here that you are agreeing with the book idea?

If more people go along, I'll also post some toughts, and put here the books in existence so we can state ideas below each tome.

Cheers
