In this thread you will find all the weapons in it. What he said could mean they're sold in towns, but it could also mean they're hidden in chests somewhere. When entering a town, try entering edit mode and higlighting a chest item in the list in the left of the screen. To do so you must first enable edit mode before launching the game. When in a town, press ctrl+e to enter edit mode. Then, press alt+enter to switch to windowed. This will make you able to see the box on the left, wich lists all of the scene props in the current scene.
