Legions of Ashworld

Legions of Ashworld is an indie TBS wargame.
Those of you of venerable age may remember the ancient hit named Lords of Midnight. After watching the trailer I instantly realized how similar LoA is to that old classic.

Anyone tried this already? It actually looks interesting but I'd love to get some feedback before spending money on it.

Yeahm, how do the battles work? I couldn't quite see much gameplay in the trailer. It does look cool, but it's too expensive to buy just based on the trailer.
