EN ; i want to make mod but i copy the native and try to make mod , but I'm having the RLG problem , i'm try to make mod in another mod
, while doing the mode
( morgh's ) i'm using , and try it's worked , but if i make mod in "Diplomacy or another mod" and if i share this mod , its illegal ? .

TR ; Mod yapmak istiyorum ama Native'yi kopyalayıp yapınca RLG Error veriyor , Morgh's kullanıyorum , başka bi mod üzerinden yapınca oluyor ama nativede olmuyor , bir mod üzerine eklemeler yapıp yayınlarsam sıkıntı yaşar mıyım ?

You can make your own mod based on another existing mod, as long as you keep it for private usage: it is illegal to share it because the mod you have used to create yours belongs to other people. You would have to contact the owner(s) and get their authorization before sharing it, which I'm afraid is unlikely to happen for the great majority of them.
