Leather price in every town is always red, indicating it is always "above average" price

Summary:
Mousing over a commodity in a town's market will show the price is red (above average), yellow (near average) or green (below average). Leather is ALWAYS red, in every town where Leather is present.

How to Reproduce:
1. Create a new game, or load an established game. Either works
2. Travel to a town and click Trade
3. Scroll down the left column in search of Leather in the list of commodities (some towns may not have any in stock, skip to step 6 if there is none).
4. Mouse over Leather and note that the colour of its price is red
5. Mouse over the price and observe the percentage of price variation reported
6. Travel to every town on the map repeating steps 2 - 5.

Result:
The price of Leather is always in the red, usually reporting that the price is between 100% and 200% above "average".

I have not observed this behaviour from any other commodity, and obviously it is a mathematical impossibility that every item in a series is above the average.

This may be the result of a flaw in the supply and demand dynamics for Leather in the economy, and is most likely the cause for Tannery workshops outperforming all other workshop types since Tanneries produce Leather and the economy's demand for Leather is never met adequately by the available supply.

Quest/Settlement Name (if related): All towns. Leather does not appear in village markets.
