Leadership Should Level By Upgrading Troops

Since currently leadership only levels when leading armies, and leading armies is only possible during the late-game, upgrading troops should train leadership. This makes sense since leadership is the governing trait for how quickly you can train your troops.

Frankly, you should be getting leadership XP constantly as long as you have troops to lead; the bigger your party the faster.

Not only that, but winning battles should level leadership aswell.

In general, they still need to tweak xp gain for every skill.

That being said, I don't really agree with upgrading increasing leadership, as it can be very easily abused. Just make high morale parties give larger boosts to leadership than its current form. It kind of already makes sense why you wouldn't be very good at leadership if all you can manage is a bandit hunting party early game.

Only when you go on to lead near thousand troops should your leadership skills be known, as reflected by the game.

Seriously tho leadership is such a slow drawing skill to level up in game, no fun. Tactics and leadership should be hand and hand with certain actions effecting one more than the other.

But for leadership specifically, the player should gain points everytime morale is effected on a scale. So morale point gains in victories, providing food, and proper pay. That is literally everything a good leader needs. (Seperate from tactics) And of course keep the point gains for recruitment and army building. But overall just have more in game functions reward leadership.
