Leadership how to increase? or party size?

I understand maintaining high morale, but what does it mean to assemble and lead armies. I know that when you recruit units you gain exp, but is there a faster way to increase leadership? or increase the party size?

Once you join a kingdom, you can raise armies by using influence. Its thw only way to raise leadership right now.

Join a Kingdom and raise you influence.

Once you do it and have good amount of influence look at the bottom right corner there should be 3 flags click on it and use you inlfuence to assemble other clans for a army wich you can use to siege castles. do it a few times and you will see the leadership raise pretty quickly.

Clan Tier 1 to join as a mercenary, Clan Tier 2 to join as a vassal.

Each follower you have increases it by 15 I think.

The steward skill also gives u more party spots. So you might wanna give yourself or someone with high steward quartermaster.
