SP - Player, NPCs & Troops leadership gives too much morale

bannerlord perks site states that each level of leadership gives 0.2 morale bonus.

i think this is too much.

at 100 leadership, you get free 20 morale
at 150 leadership, you get free 30 morale
at 200 leadership, you get free 40 morale

the morale mechanic becomes insignificant because normally you're hovering around 50 morale with low leadership <20. so with high leadership, you're locked at constant full morale virtually all the time. you either lower the number much more or make leadership do something else. or both. maybe lower wages like in warband.

Or start at negative morale. No leadership skill provides -10. This way, it would need Leaership 50 just to plain this out.
