Leadership doesn't reduce recruit costs and wages.

I've got 4 leadership and I still pay the full price of my men(32 men going from 1 to 5 wages). Same thing when I recruit.

.750 changed the way leading troops work, so its hard to say whether its intended. I always though Leadership merely increased the number of troops you could lead rather than altering the costs etc for their wages.

That has always been my impression too. Leadershio just increases the number of troops you have with you.
