Need More Info Launcher won't stop running, can't be killed. Must restart computer.

Summary: When ever I exit from the game using the game menu options, or when ever the game crashes, taleworlds.mountandblade.launcher.exe will not stop running. Causes a problem when trying to update the game or a mod installed to the game. Sometimes unable to start the game: only getting eror that it is already running. Bannerlord Launcher isn't usually visible in the Windows Task Manager. When I kill Epic Games Launcher, the Bannerlord Launcher sometimes (rarely) becomes visible into the Task Manager. If it does, then it can be killed in the Task Manager. The Launcher cannot be killed with TASKKILL command, it results to error: "Reason: Access is denied". I'm using an administrator group account. Game bought from Epic Games.
How to Reproduce: Exit the game. Try to update the game, update a mod which was installed into game. Run TASKLIST -command in PowerShell.
Have you used cheats and if so which: The problem has been since the start. I have to use Development Console, because my own clan for some reason leaves my kingdom continuously.

Hey, can you manually remove the mod files and try to reproduce the issue on a new campaign? If the issue is persistent on a new, unmodded campaign please let me know.
