Launcher takes up more than 25% CPU

I did not mean to imply that it is doing anything nefarious.

:xf-tongue:

It is obviously doing SOMETHING though. Visual Studio at idle is only using 5% of my CPU. Not sure why a launcher that is just waiting for user input would be using any more than that.
Suppose it takes the same amount of CPU power whilst I'm running a forced virus check on my computer. TW uses an external anti-cheat software as far as we know, thus it wouldn't make sense if it ran via the launcher. What if the launcher is preloading the game? But then the useage would go down after a while and it doesn't.

Funny I lunched my game(luancher) and was skimming through the forums before heading into the game, I saw this thread but ignored it not understanding the title (should be launcher not launch). While reading through other threads I felt my laptop get moderately warm, thinking? I remembered this thread and remembered my launcher was up and put things together and thought what a coincidence?

Well hopefully they fix this and this won't turn into the persistent pause/esc menu taking full cpu and gpu power in 90% of games type episode that never got resolved.

Sorry for the bad title. It was a typo, just managed to find the button to edit/correct the title. Should be fixed now.
