Launcher issue

So I can't seem to get the game to load from the launcher. If i go in the the folder and Run the executable as admin the game will load but when i do it through the launcher the game will crash as its trying to load saying the game encountered a error. This is a fresh install i have tried the beta and the stable version no mods and the game will not load through the launcher. I've reset my steam verified the files turned my Antivirus off, Reinstalled the game deleted any files regarding mods and it will only allow it to load if i run the executable as admin but not through the launcher Gpu drivers are up to date so is windows. Any advice is appreciated.
