Resolved Launcher Bugged

Summary: Click play and the launcher pops up for a moment than disappears never to reappear again.
Tried verifying, clean install, downloading all the service packs required but none of that seemed to work. Any help appreciated! Thanks!
How to Reproduce: Launch the game using any EXE that boots with the launcher

This problem resolved itself after I opened escape from tarkov and closed it. Super odd but its all fixed now.
