Make the AI smarter.
In combat they are dumber than me. Often I can just run towrads them and take 'em out with one well timed blow. Watching them fight in tournaments, they are very silly. Lancers and horse archers keep missing 90% of the time. This is at the highest Combat AI difficulty.
On the world map they are ridiculously stupid, seemingly randomly walking around, then changing directions and accomplishing nothing. I fear for my parties. I don't know how AI works, but maybe make them actually persuade objectives, rather than randumly walking around.
