I used the search feature, and couldn't find anything that actually answered this specific question, so if I missed it I'm sorry.

I'm seriously considering buying this game, but I have a question before I do so

I have a laptop and a desktop and was wondering if the activation prohibits me from installing and playing on both of them, or am I limited to it being installed to one computer at a time?

Dont think so, maybe when the expansion is released but I doubt, there will probably be an account system and your key will be bound to it, and not to your computer. I cant tell you for sure tho, lets wait for someone who actually did the same as you.

As far as I remember, serial key works for two computers. Or at least it did.

You can install twice in 60 days... so once on both machines is fine.

You can use the serial as much as you want, but only twice before a 60 day block is put on it. After those 60 days, you're free to use it again

Does this come into play with the Steam Version? Or just the boxed retail version? Because I had to download the game at least 5 times last night trying to figure out how to do mods and I still don't know how, but I found a compiled version of it. On a side note is their a restriction for the steam version or no?
