Resolved Language bug: English language works only

Summary:

After several hours of playing my Russian language changed to English. Suddenly
Language settings changes didn't affect anything. I found that all languages became English.

bug appeared with 1.7.0

All the localization files (except Chinese and Turkish) disapeared after this thursday's patch for 1.7.0.
Please restore them with a quick patch.

What surprises will provide for us next patch in 2022? Russians plays on Chinese, Chinese on French, French on Korean etc?
And also this is so ironic that in winter time developers cut snow animation from the game. How many debelopers work on the project?
