Landing on enemies with heavy charger...

I managed to do it a few times, it either was a regular charge or just passed throught the enemy.

So, an odd discussion, "Should there be Super-Duper Horse Slam in M&B, hitting "OMFG d40 x33 Critical Damage"?" or "Couched Horse Damage"

To be fair, chargers shoudln't be able to jump.
