Lancers - which mods having effective counter units against them?

Hey,
I know, the topic is confusing.

The point of this thread is this;
By vanilla, i'm taking the swadian lancers \ knights as a superpower, which I saw no effective counter units for.
I'm sure everyone here knows how much damage they do, especially if the player is good and likes to play with a lance himself.

I'm addressing modders & players here who might addressed this, but from the troops's point of view.

Example:
I've entered a battle when I'm a lancer (a good one) having 20 swadian knights \ lancers.
What type troops my opponents could have, vanilla, or not vanilla which were created to counter them?
Player can manipulate tactics & self skill. I'm talking about units, in mods, which "suppose" to fight effectivly against mounted knights \ lancers \ mamluks \ others.

Me and my friend are toying around currently learning how to mod,
so in this aspect or the aspect of just playing, I'd like to discover a new approach to it.
Donno... maybe it's just me but even a huscarl is not effective via these guys. or the other pikemen types.

What do you say? who tried addressing it, or know any mods which the cavalry made easier?

there is a special battle orders mod out there, allows you to brace spears against incoming charge. so the cavalry get pretty good, PIKED out. instead of like native where they get trampled.

although hehehe.. if you like native hehehe... if you put infantry heavy 1. infantry ... secondary infantry 2. (archer slot.... 3rd infantry ... 3. (cavalry slot)... 4. archers

all in rank 1 2 3 4

im sure the could absorb the blow of cavalry to not let them rev their charge, infantry and archers mutilate them before having to reform for infantry

Native Expansion mod has a 'spear wall' option that uses braced spears to defend against horse charges.

Also all foot troops seem to try to kill your horse if you get too close. I've found slashing infantry from horseback with a 1handed weapon much more dangerous in NE than in vanilla.
