Daniel. Please? Why so much hate? I just tried to lay down my Point of the discussion. Well then. O.K. Nicey dicey. Go hating.
Not that I am insulted by this hateful comment:
Someone does not understand sarcasm, nor does he understand how to use quotes.
I do not have crippled sarcasm. I am one of the most sarcastic people of my country (because all germans laugh in their
bunkers basements). I just prove with my post that you can't compare a SinglePlayer MOD with a MultiPlayer DLC. So, If you would have taken your little time reading my entire post that you wasted on ranting over me... well. I will not put this matter "your way" and come up with a pointless and rather ridiculous accusation and/or remark.
In my opinion, these two games cannot compete, because even if they run on the same engine and have the same scenario, the way they deal with them is about as differnt as you can make them appear to
anyone using common sense to solve problems anyone who has read the concepts of the games and the developement logs and/or statements.
Fact is: I do not like competition where no such thing exists. Sure: a different melee system. But think about it as a whole: Driving a Napoleonic army in State-of-the-art graphics and accurate uniforms in formations to a smart battle AI and rise up to Napoleons adjutant or one of his worst adversaries? Sounds fricking AMAZING to me!
On the other hand: I miss the funny musicians, the Sapper feature and the dynamic artillery and destruction when I even come thinking about loosing it in another game like that. It will be a hard... choice. But it is a choice depending on the game concept, and not some stuff like a melee system.
If you read this far, thank you. You are the pillar of this great community. Goodbye.
