Hello everyone,
I could play pretty normally yesterday, apart from a few crashes here and there. (I couldn't send the crash reports either).
I updated the hotfix yesterday and went to bed as I was tired. Now I started up the game and the fps / stuttering is there from the moment I start the game. Even the loading before the main menu is stuttery. When I alt+tab out it doesn't stop and everything outside the game is on low fps aswell.
My specs:
Processor: Intel i7-8700K @ 5.0 ghz
Cooler: Noctua NH-U14S
Graphics card: Palit Jetstream NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3000MHz
MOBO: MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon
PSU: Seasonic X-660 80+ Gold 660W

Monitor: Dell S2716DG, 27'' 144hz 1440P
EDIT: Fixed it for now, downloaded the newest Nvidia driver.
