Lag

So i've had this for a while.. ping and FPS seem to be fine (30-60 and 100+ respectively) but it still lags. It kinda looks like having 5 fps or so ... This is in multiplayer. So sometimes it slows down like that and becomes unplayable and the controls become very unresponsive.

Any way to fix/what's causing it?
