Kuhzaits upgrade are just built different

I'd like to notice the issue of upgrading Kuhzaits Horse Archers.

I recently noticed that Kuzhait Raider while being upgraded to Khuzait Horse Archer loses his bow in a puddle and replaces this with a weaker one for some reason(???).

Same situation with upgrading Khuzait Kheshig to Khuzait Khan's Guard. Why the hell tier 6 unit got better gear than tier 7?

Patch is 1.5.8
