Whatever this is, it's ****ing awesome.

It's a Malayan Sun Bear (the kiddie version, of course), and I do believe it falls under the "can rip the balls off a tiger" category.

I doubt it does, the Malayan Sun Bear is a really small bear at just 1m20, so even small tigers are bigger. And the sun bear is more of a honey eater than an actual predator.

Hm, I could've sworn I read it could be quite dangerous somewhere.

That's sea spiders you're thinking of.

Naw, honey badgers actually do. There's a video on youtube where one fights four lions for food. They're tiny, so their definition of 'fight lion' is 'rip balls off lion, claw at face'.

I responded to Vader, I have heard of the Honey Badgers exploits, running up to water holes full of Hyenas and scaring those *****es off.

They are. Piss poor eyesight, highly aggressive and extremely territorial. Like most small predators they tend to overcompensate by going bat**** crazy and charging anything which is bigger than it. Not to mention it can turn in it's skin to rip the face off anything stupid enough to try biting it.

I think it's pretty plain how badass it is when you consider it's about the size of an average Labrador, shares it's habitat with leopards, tigers, asiatic bears and pythons and yet has no natural predators. I mean, tigers have been known to take on asiatic bears whenever their paths cross; they run away from those little bastards.

It wouldn't stand much chance against a drunken elephant, though. Or if a rhino fell over on it.
