SP - General Kingdoms shouldnt care if im fighting with a mercenary group while joinig them

When joining a kingdom kings shouldnt be care for which merc group im fighting. It makes no sense like a king really scared of 3 person merc group and wont recruit a lord? We should be allowed to join when fighting and when we join we need to make peace auto like in warband when u join a kingdom it automatically makes peace with everyone u fighting and it maked sense but only peace for merc makes sense too

Yeah the idea that the kings are so attached to particular mercenary groups that they would change international politics over it is mind-boggling
