I am starting hereby a new mod on the theme of medieval india.All who are interested,can join me.I have the mod planned.Coders,texturers and animators wanted!This mod will the first on this theme.All armours,factions,maps have to be created anew.
A team has to be formed for this mod creation.Anyone who is interested can PM me!
All readers are requested to contribute their ideas,opinions and comments to this thread.

New unit commander
Defensive bulidings like forts
New scenes fully redisigned
Introduction to monuments
New feature of army:separate army can be created by the player
Army with commander can be ordered to conquer,attack or defend
Culture systems redesigned
Royal troops based on culture
Marriage scene changed
Kingdom alliances through marriage
New specialized bodyguard units which will stay with the player
Ability to choose political leaders from companions
New companions
Court system redesigned:
Judgement system and place
Various political steps
Battle planning features:
Troop placement
Troop formations
Troop orders
After battle consequences:
If victory player can decide whether to execute or persuade the enemy lord,commander or king
If defeat the opposite
Executed lords are permanently removed from game
New heir system:
Ability to choose your heir
Abilty to design custom troop
Ability to design kingdom banner
New structures for hanging or punishment
Fear factor for towns,cities,villages
Rank system for soldiers(custom awards given by player)
Renown,Reputation system redisigned:
Enemy lords will surrender in battle if player troops and renown/reputation>enemy troops/reputation
Docks introduced to map
Messenger coops system introduced:
Each fort/castle/town will have pegion coop system as a form of messenger
Assassin system:Hire one or become one!
Practice of conversion of religion for lords joining player kingdom
New naval warfare system:
War ship trees introduced
Royal war ship specially/custom made by player
Ship patrols introduced
Realistic environment
Newly introduced education system(You can educate your royal families by hiring a royal teacher)
New fort elements-training grounds,barracks,stables,party/troop quarters and kitchen system
The kitchen system will have at least 6 of cooks for the player kingdom
They will cook the best food of the kingdom,and will largely boost up party morale
The education system will help the player to recruit the family members on the post of judge in the judgement system
New skill introduced-Education-which will influence judgement decisions!

Planned troop trees:
There will be separate troop trees for each of the units
The Mughal Troop Tree:
For Foot soldiers:
Mughal recruit->Mughal footman->Mughal spearman->Mughal spearguard->Mughal sipahi
                                                  ->Mughal footguard->Mughal piyadah->Mughal ahsham
For Cavalry:
Mughal horseman->Mughal rider->Mughal light cavalry->Mughal sawari->Mughal suwar

For archer:
Mughal light archer->Mughal medium archer->Mughal tir-andaz->Mughal kaman tir-andaz

For Elephant:
Mughal hathi->Mughal tafseer-hathi->Mughal mahout->Mughal wazni-mahout

Animation developments:
Animation,textures have to be improved for elephants.
Their meshes have to be redesigned
Every armour,weapons have to be reformed to match the era
Every faction will have elephants in their troop trees.

I have played crusader kings 2,and I have found that firstly the map is not well established you know just a overhead map,and secondly it doesn't focus too much on warfare,but in mount and blade warband we are blending rts with rpg and kingdom management which makes it unique....
