Resolved Kingdoms Declaring War - Unannounced

I'm not quite sure if this is a bug or not, it maybe just hasn't been implemented yet.
Whenever I join a faction, anytime the faction declares war with another one, I am not alerted about it. There's no message in the feed as far as I can tell, and there's definitely no message that pops up on my screen.

I think it's not implemented yet - I was about to talk to a Battanian Lord and next thing I knew he was telling me to surrender or die

I haven't been seeing notices of war declarations either. But I did get a pop-up tonight when my faction made peace. At least *part* of it is implemented.

I do see war declarations.
It's just hard to see between the messages, because it have a white font.
