I have noticed on the encyclopedia screen for the western Empire that they are at war with Dionicos clan, but the Dionicos clan is a member of that faction still.
I have not seen them fighting, I have seen members of the Dionicos clan go in and out of Western Empire settlements with no issues/conflict.
However I have also noticed that the the faction leader of the Western Empire has bad relations with the Dionicos clan leader. Is this a bug? or part of an intended feature that is not yet fully implemented?
