Resolved Kingdom Policy Fails Despite Having Majority of Votes

When a policy is up for a vote, the majority sometimes will fail despite having more support. Why is this? I assume this is a bug.

That's not the case, sometimes lords can overrule the majority using their influence, there is a policy that reduces the ammount of influence it costs, can't remember it though, some lords are more prone to overrule the vote than others like Derthert and Rhagaea

there is royal privilege, but this policy concerns only the ruler of the kingdom.
Are u the ruler of the kingdom, Vidortan? This looks like the Aserai Kingdom, hence u are not`?
