I would have to say to shoot for under 500-600. I'll help make LOD's for those, so nothing will lag.
Native sizes are 100-300, so if you want this to load as fast as Native, shoot for that

No, but I'll help out a bit. I can make 4 lod's for one mesh in 5 minutes. 
Is that for texturing? I just use sketchup
