Not a Balion, Madoc is correct as he is a DoF recruit. He is also a player who paid money for the game, played on a server you paid the same amount to play on (nothing), and was what appears to be unrightfully kicked by players who did not have the authority to do so because they were trying to "do something" when they easily could have scheduled time on someones server or just switched servers themselves. I'm not gonna lose sleep over it....but that's the point I've been laboriously trying to make.Lord Serius 说:

Aparently i learned your in a clan though
RANDOM kick/ban polls are stupid and for trolls... IPWN got poll banned for no reason and had to wait for an hour so its just retarted... good luck though

All I was trying to do was find out more about the situation.
Actually I was quite aware that Nagel was apart of GK as he and I have had more than one discuss. Also, predat0r never said KotH members were the reason for the Ban of IPWN therefore anyone who is or is not in GK/KotH is quite inconsequential.
The basis of my post was not to point a finger or for irony...it was to show how a chosen rational of "majority rule" is flawed for it gives free reign to any group that outnumbers an individual/individuals when in fact the polls are in place to protect players and not dictate to them.

Here's a hypothetical situation for you. You hop on a random dm server and are at the top of the scoreboard, leading by a wide margin. The rest of the players are rather jealous and decide to throw up a kick poll and it goes through. Would you return to the server any time soon?

If a large number of players is abusing the poll system, the best course of action is to contact an admin. Also, to prevent accidents, I usually never accept a poll unless the person who starts it posts why or it's obvious why a person needs to be kicked/banned.

Please everyone. Thank you for bumping this thread for more views, but you're really attracting unwanted attention from people who like to flame. I understand your conversation and I appreciate your intelligent words about it, but I really don't need these posts. It was a jest server, and we were practicing. Madoc agreed with us because a clan trying to find an empty server to practice on is much harder than one person finding a server to hang out on. We have a server now, it's all fine.
