SP - General Kingdom Destruction needs some rework

The current situation where a faction is instantly destroyed when their last fief falls is very unrealistic. As the faction immediately breaks into individual clans it mean there is zero possibility of the faction remaining viable.

I would suggest a 30 day period during which a faction should be allowed to try and attempt retaking a vulnerable fief and therefor remaining viable. This seems more realistic and accurate historically, when lands may have been lost or occupied but reclaimed.

The knock-on effect is dramatic as these clans will frequently "disappear" or "get lost", removing major clans off the map with no opportunity to recruit them (without a mod).(I just had a situation where Caladog and his entire clan got "lost" after Battania was conquered. Surely an important NPC clan should be programmed to join another faction?). Or we (the player if faction leader) should have an option to recruit the faction-less clans to our faction? As it stands they either get lost (the default it seems) or join other factions, but the player has NO option to recruit these clans. I tried several clan leaders, even with very high relation value, yet never had an option to bribe, buy, or convince them to join my faction (while I did have this option while they still belonged to a faction, albeit for ridiculous amounts of denars). You would think they would be desperate to join a faction...

TL;DR
1. Please give factions a 30-day (or shorter if deemed too long) period to assemble one last army and have one last attempt at reclaiming a fief to remain viable. (Historically accurate request).
2. Add option for player-faction (when faction leader) to recruit these faction-less clans to stop them getting lost. (the only other option for the player is to constantly elevate their companions to Lords, yet surely you would want to add some good clans, strong bloodlines to your kingdom?).

I know there are mods that do these things, yet this seems like an option the base game should offer.
