It often annoys me after taking over a area outside of my own culture that i have to recruit f.ex imperial troops as a sturgian, i get it, it makes sense.
What i'd like to see though is being able to slowly convert the culture of villages and towns in some way, perhaps with different kingdom policies that would allow you to to drive out the old population and bring in new people of your culture, giving you a morale loss in settlements and higher chance of banditry and low economy until the area is "stabilized" and your own culture is the dominant one.
If anyone else have suggestions on options on how to do it, it'd be interesting to hear.
