King Yaroglek keeps giving me castles??

I want to create my own faction, but this guy keeps giving me castles. I don't want to give up my fiefs because of all the volunteers I get from them. Here are all my castles so far he has given me

Just enjoy it while it lasts. Eventually, he will stop.

Keep conquering castles and demanding it. He will eventually refuse(hopefully) and at that time rebel against him.

There must not be many lords left in the faction with sufficient relation with Yaroglek, hence he gives everything to you.  Like everyone said, he'll eventually stop.  If you're the marshal, once you rack up enough controversy, he'll refuse you.

You could also make him dislike you.

If you are not married yet (and are playing a male) you can run off with someones daughter without permission, doesn't matter which faction he will not like it.

You can attack villages/villagers/lords/caravans from other factions and then talk to him (talk to him after each attack on a faction) and again he will give you grief about it.

That last one however makes two assumptions on my part.

1) That your relation with the king has an impact on if he grants you a fief, I am not sure about that but I think it does.

2) That the negative relation you get with other factions as a result will revert back to 0 when you leave your faction the way it does when they are at war with one and you leave. I haven't done this yet so I don't know.

1. It does, though I doubt it's as important as renown.
2. It will not. If you attack a faction you aren't at war with, they will still be angry with you after you leave the faction.

It doesn't revert to 0 if you started the war yourself. If King starts war, then it reverts to 0.
