i have one question,
Can i be/stay a king of existing kingdom, for example: Swadia kingdom  ?

No, you can only be the king of your own kingdom

As far as I know you cannot become the king of an existing faction, you can only help another guy to replace the current one (these NPCs wanting you to help them out by waging war against the faction).

You can, however, renounce your oath and capture Swadian fiefs (for instance) and pretend you're "Neo-Swadia".
