I'm playing Native with an autosave, so I would like to check before I do something stupid

I Currently have 3 Cities and 6 castles (with ther villages).
I have only Cities in my possesion (the rest is divided among the Lords).
I also have 3 lords: Alayen, Firentis and Gundur.

The first two are converted into lords just after recruiting in taverns - I don't regret it - I only need them to patrol the borders with small armies.
The problem is with Gundur - the relations with him are dropping and dropping.
He has fiefs in the corner of the map and and I don't want to give him any more - unless I invade Khanate (I don't want to spread the land of one vassal to much)

I would like to Banish Gundur and I do not know the consequences. Does he take his lands with him?

The reasons are:
- I noticed that when I give fief to Alayen or Firentis, the relation with the other does not drop, only Gundur is affected.
- I think of swapping Gundur to Lezalit - I am already training him for it

The lords are using units from the fraction they come from (Gundur is placing Nord warriors in deep Vaegir castles)
My last question is: That type of units does Lezait use? (He is Georian)

If you want to check out which faction Lezalit will be you should let him check on a faction's political status. Which will probably fall under spy. He will then go to the faction (for example Praven) which has his faction troops.

Thanks, but there is my other question.
That will happen to Gundur's lands after banishing?

Other Lords get upset if you banish someone, expect some relation loss. Also, I think Lezalit will get a relation drop when Firentis gets a fief. I recall that from memory.

Yesterday Khanate stared a war with me.
There were some battles on Gundur's line, together we defended his castle, then we captured another nerby (+2 fiefs for him).
Our relations increased from 13 to 50+, additionaly I noticed that Gundur can keep an army of almost 250 men and he lootes alone all of the Khanate villages.

I'll stick to him, he showed his value.
