Killop

Ok, so I have a problem. I went to the salt mines and talked to that barbossa guy and he told me to find Killop and that he would be in the forest. Well, I've checked the forest like 50 times and still no sign of Killop. :/ Help please.

scour the town taverns , u should be able to find him there

I do believe I am currently not fully implemented, but as 'The Sniper' rightly says, scour the taverns

I went to every town and recruited every hero I found, until I found Killop, but I can't complete the quest, barbarossa still saying "What are you waiting? Go find Killop!"
