Resolved Kill nobles without penalty

Summary:
How to Reproduce: Have prisoners in the settlement, end the war with that faction. Without entering any scene or waiting enter the keep all former imprisoned nobles will be in the keep you can kill all of them and no penalties to relations and it just shows the nobles died.
