Kicking?

Hey guys, I haven't had the chance to play Warband much over the last month or so, and I've heard that you can kick. Curious as I was, I checked the controls and I found that the middle mouse button lets you counter attack, and I'm only guessing this makes your character kick.

There was just one problem, however. I can't seem to get it to work...

So my question to you, the Taleworlds forum is: How can I get my Character to kick in Warband?

Press "w" twice fast.

While not blocking with a shield.

AFAIK the "counter attack" currently does nothing.
