Kicking at end of round captain mode

This is just getting out of hand, why do people want to ruin this game for others? just because they can I know.
Is there a way to report people who constantly kick you for no reason, top score board kick, bottom kick, they want more troops, kick.

I cant avoid them since its only like 50 people who play this game and I cant play because they incite others to kick. Is there no way to report them? cause in-game does nothing.
