Why can the kicked person reconnect in the matching game mode?

It is already very strict to require a unanimous vote before kicking someone out, which means that this person has already caused public anger and can no longer be tolerated. As a result, he immediately returned and continued to confront his teammates and taunt you, but we can only kick him out twice at most.
In the Captian Game Mode, teammate cooperation is very, very important. As long as one person neither speaks nor listens to the enthusiastic advice of teammates, but instead maliciously confronts them, we will only keep losing or everyone will quit the game.
If this continues, core players will have to give up one by one, which is why there are almost no matches in the Captian game mode, while the encounter mode is flourishing.

I'm really angry today. I hate these players who confront their teammates. The environment is really bad. Many of my friends have given up playing matching games because of this.

I really like this game and mode, you can consider adding in-app purchases to increase your human input into the multiplayer mode. I really don't want the Captain match to die.

Another reason why there are fewer players in the Captian mode is that many core players are worried about their ranking and score dropping. They lose a game by deducting several tens scores, but win a game by only adding one score, which leads to the loss of core players. Could you redesign the accumulation of dan scores and introduce a match season system (resetting the dan scores every quarter and displaying them together with the badge in the tab information panel)?
