Khergit Lady Dress

Hello, I apologise if this isn't the right place for this thread. I used search to no avail and I cannot for the life of me think which board to post this on.

I was scanning through the textures folder in M&B Warband, Native, and came across an interesting looking texture. It's called khergit_lady_dress_b. I went into the game to see if I could find this dress and none of the khergit ladies -- or any other ladies are wearing it. It looks very tribal and I would love to have it in my game. I've uploaded the image to imageshack as a jpeg file, and it is below.

I've read about unused texture files (such as the undead skin and samurai armour) and am wondering if this is one of them, and, if so, could I implement it into my game? I have no modding skills whatsoever and so would not know where to start.

Some ladies do wear it and I've had it myself

open the console with ctrl- tilde and type cheatmenu
Then go to the camp menu > cheatmenu > find item.
You'll find it there in the list

Yes, you can.

Me as just personal use modding existing mods to my likely think your best shot is to replace an unused item (like some farmer clothing) by this item. You only have to search for the right name, but that should be that difficult since you already know what it is.

In the module.ini you have to make sure the resource fill were it is in is loaded in the beginning of the game.

You can read the instruction on the More warhorse/horse mod, than you know how to add more items, and you should be able to re-implent this one too.

Hope it works, but don't hope to much, many times i fail in my trails xD

I'm very sorry, but I don't know what you mean by "ctrl- tilde", I understand the ctrl bit, but I'm not sure what "tilde" is. Do I need to open the game under edit mode to type in "cheatmenu"? Do I need to activate cheats? Or do I look for this in the Native folder? I'm dreadfully sorry for the questions, I just want to clarify.

Ahh yes. I tried that, it didn't bring any window up I'm afraid though.

I did =) Thank you, but I've sorted it out. Morgh's tool is superb. I'll keep your advice in mind and try to get it working incase I need it in the future. Thank you again!
