Key too short

Bought M&B back in Dec 06, recovered my pc and it reset my registration. I got my serial key but it's too short to be entered. What's up?

My guess is that when they changed game versions they extended the serials. A few guys have gone through the support link provided above and it still retrieves the old key. So if you're still short after visiting that link, contact support directly for a new updated key:
