Keeps need a Bank/Vault to store items and to reduce wight on party moving around map. there would be an upgrade path

the stash is cool but does any1 really need it ? just buy a bunch of pack mules and u never have to even sell stuff

Yup, go to keep and "Open Stash"

the Keep does not have a Stash only the castle

If you leave a bunch of grain in the stash the garrison should eat it rather than go hungry.
