Just bought game - they didnt send email tho <- Exactly what it say's

I assumed that when i bought the game they sent an email with the serial number so i can play straight away. It's not like some stupid thing where they send u a peice of paper with the serial number wrote on it in 2 month's is it?

I put the right email. Plz help

Also - It's bein an hour , but that is slow considering those thing's are normally automatic anyway. Anyone else have this trouble? or know why it's happening?

Assuming you used credit card, the transaction should be immediate and the serial number will be shown on your screen as well as an additional transcript to your email address.

It didnt happen to me, I think there are people who have had the trouble too. Search the forums.
 
Did you use eSellerate or PayPal?

When you successfully buy the serial from eSellerate you will be taken into a receipt page where your serial is shown (you also get the email etc.).

If you tried to use Visa Electron it might be necessary to activate online paying ("Verified by Visa"). It can usually be activated from your banks web site. If not, then you might have to go to your bank and ask them to activate it for you.

If you are from Finland and tried to use Nordea's Visa Electron, then you need to activate online payment from the website and then use your next unused Solo-number (it's still usable for other solo stuff though) instead of CSC (Card Security Code) when buying the game.

When using Visa Electron it might be possible to be charged with extra "reservations" of the price (it says in your bank account that the money is reserved for eSeller or whatever it showed up as) if there was some problem with the ordering, but you will only be billed for a successful order (the extra reservations, if any, will dissappear after some time or you can contact your bank and ask them to remove them).
 
Thanks for the hasty replie's , but i got it fixed. For some reason the first time i sent the information , and clicked the next button , It sent me back to the same page. I was "assuming" that it would send me an email with the serial key , Since i didn't get sent to the receipt page. About 3 hour's later , I decided to resubmit my info and Wala! , Sent me to the receipt page. Im not sure what happened to first time , Because i definatly put the right info in.
