Well Im interested into making maps and maybe eventually mods for bannerlord. But I wanted to know if there is going to a be a steam tool for it?

We discussed modding in Bannerlord in a blog quite recently which you can read HERE. In the blog we mentioned some of the tools which we will make available to modders. We hope to make these available on Steam along with Steam Workshop support, however, I can't confirm this 100% for you just now.
